Today, we have new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles concept art that was created by Jerad S. Marantz. The images feature alternate designs for Master Splinter and Leonardo, Raphael and Donatello. What’s especially interesting is that his version of the Turtles were less bulky than the final versions.
